Jovanka JoAnn Milivojevic began her tango adventure in 2010 while living in Chicago, where she quickly became enamored with the music, particularly the works of Troilo. During the pandemic, she refined her skills as a DJ, initially playing at intimate gatherings. Since then, she has provided music for numerous house parties, practicas, and milongas in Tampa Bay and Chicago. Currently based in St. Petersburg, Florida, Jovanka’s experience encompasses co-hosting and DJing weekend festivals, milongas, and practicas, with a focus on traditional Golden Age music to inspire and delight dancers.
