Cancellation and Responsibility Policy
Viva México Tango Festival Tango Festival | March 3–8, 2027

1. Cancellation Policy

– All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing through the festival’s official communication channels.
– Cancellations received on or before February 1, 2027, are eligible for one of the following options:
– A full refund minus a $25 USD administrative fee plus Paypal fees incurred, or
– A transfer of the registration to the next edition of the festival.
– Cancellations received after February 1, 2027, are not eligible for refunds.

2. Transfers of Registration

– Registrations may be transferred to another participant until February 15, 2027, provided that the organization is notified in advance.
– After this date, no transfers or changes of participant will be permitted.

3. Event Modifications

– The organization reserves the right to make changes to schedules, venues, instructors, or activities at any time due to force majeure or unforeseen circumstances.
– In the event of a full cancellation due to circumstances beyond the organization’s control (including, but not limited to, natural disasters or government regulations), the organization will evaluate alternatives such as rescheduling the event or issuing credits for future editions.

4. Participant Responsibility

– Participation in the festival is at the attendee’s own risk.
– The organization shall not be held liable for any accidents, injuries, loss, or theft occurring during the event.

5. Use of Image

– By attending the festival, participants grant permission for the use of photographs and video recordings in which they may appear, for promotional and marketing purposes.

6. Acceptance of Terms

– By completing registration and submitting payment, participants acknowledge and agree to all terms outlined in this Cancellation and Responsibility Policy.
